In 1.0 nanoseconds Fergus was quiet  I took a photo...
 that reminded me of one I had taken of Watson and thehamish many years ago.

My gud dug Watson with thehamish.

Looking north the storm starting  yesterday afternoon.


Powerful downpours to the west.

It was a huge downpour, Boom !

As always here is your pretty for the weekend.

"Mandibles" get me up at 6ish every morning.
This morning sunrise over Thimble Peak reflected in my studio window.

 As usual after every rain the Sage Bush (not for eating) is blooming again.

I want you to know you all write the best comments. 
I have fabulous followers. so nice and wonderful that sometime make my day.
But with a 9 week old puppy I will really be hit or miss commenting
on all your blogs and some new followers.
In 6 months I might be back to "normal" whahahahahahahahahaha
oh my goodness did I really write that... normal wahahahahahahah

    Oh the smells I can smell at your home and garden. But, all in all, puppy breath is the best. Good for rain. I watch your weather on the maps. I must say, I thought what kind of panties are those, Gayle, that Fergus was tearing up. Figured finally it was an octopus.

    I smells so good here with the monsoons. Sage, wet earth, ozone and mesquite.
    I would never show my panties.... that is a Tako. Japanese for octopus, which is a favorite of mine especially in takoyaki. Yes please.

    The bad news is that he, thehamish, is once again filled with woe. The good news is that he, thehamish, is not filled with chunks of your new puppy themandables. I love to see those old pictures of your dignified Watson. He looks like he should be smoking a pipe.

    So...is it going to be Fergus or Mandibles? He's so cute, by any name he'd be adorable.

    It's always good to see photos of Watson with the Hamish. I wonder how long it will take the Hamish to come to love his new baby brother?

      thehamish loved his Watson but always wanted to be #1. Now he has a whirling dervish of mandibles going nuts over here.

    Mandibles seems like such a heavy moniker to hang on such a cute little fella. Then again, he may grow into it... :) (You could call him Jaws for short!)

    I'll have you know you've ruined me. If we ever get another dog again, it's gonna HAVE to be a Scottie.

      All though they have all adopted wonderful non Scottie gud dugs and cats.

    Fergus is a good name. There's a town here that's home to a number of my relations with that name.

      Son wanted to help name him. I still like George, and Hover but Fergus is a good name and as Son said he will grow into the name.

    I love the photo of thehamish and themandibles together. So sweet I hope thehamish enjoys spending time with him. They certainly remind me of time when Watson was with you.
