  1. Hi, Gayle!

A good way to put a smile on Winston's mandibles is to buy him a new squeekie. That's a handsome zebra. I'll bet Winston comes home from the groomer feeling good and smelling great.

Thirty years ago I started to appreciate cacti and succulents for the first time, and I never lost my passion for them. I can't get over your beautiful blooming specimens. Your neighbor's Saguaro is spectacular. too!

Enjoy the rest of your week, dear friend Gayle!

  2. Oh, I do love the saguaro. My weenies are allergic to baths. Yesterday was their yearly physicals, shots and teeth cleanings. I brush their teeth every night before mine and they had 5 teeth between them extracted. And, Sister was having a hard time getting back to normal after the anesthesia so I think this might be the last year to have them put under for their teeth cleanings. It scared me to death and emptied my pocketbook. Looks pretty there dear heart.

    2. All is well! Saw a fox sculking around the duck pen a few times lately but so far he has moved on to other prey. Poofhead still reigns!

  10. I love love love the blooming cactus. As you know, because I think I tell you that every time you post photos of them! Haha! :)

I love how much Winston seems to enjoy his toys! I wish we could give squeekies to George but they wouldn't last 5 minutes. The only toys he can have are the lasting kind--big tough knotted ropes, solid rubber interlocking rings for pulling, etc. Because he's a chewing machine!

    1. I forgot to mention Ginger....she's never been one for toys. Not sure why. But her and George are total opposites in every way, so.... :)
