So a quick post.
iwinston keepin' quiet tryin' to be cool
nice tall person who feeds me is sayin' this is iwinston
These strips are from Raising Duncan by Chris Browne
Very iwinston !
I do not know who did this poster but I love it.
I just read this.
Scottish Terriers are the only small dog breed that have a big dog sized jaw and as many teethas a large dog. Plus the only small dog breed to have big dog sized feet.
Just another fact of why they are unique.
Now I have no idea if this is really true but if you look at winstons jaw, mouth and teeth
you can really believe it.
hahahahahahahahahahahahaha ha
da da daaaaaa dum !
Be careful in the water this summer.

Roadrunner.

Have a lovely weekend.
cheers, parsnip and iwinston
Hi, Gayle!
ReplyDeleteAfter looking at Winston's large and powerful Mandibles of Doom, I have come to a conclusion: "We're gonna need a bigger boat." :) I admire the pretty sky and landscape pictures you snapped around your home. That woodpecker is a cutie. I saw a woodpecker on a tree in my front yard the other day. I wonder if Winston is fast enough to catch the Roadrunner. MEEP MEEP! :)
Stay cool and have a wonderful weekend, dear friend Gayle!
Friend Susan and I posted at the same time so your reply came after hers... opps
DeleteMeep! Meep! A roadrunner! How cool to see one in your own yard. The woodpecker is pretty, too. We've got lots of woodpeckers around here, but I don't think I've ever seen one quite like that.
ReplyDeleteBut prettiest of all, of course, is Winston. He's the fairest dog in the land, no matter what size his snout and feet are.
Have a wonderful weekend. Keep cool! (Talk about a challenge!)
I like the roadrunners but they are scavengers. They eat the eggs of other birds and the young babies, especially Quail.
DeleteI would like to know if he could catch one but not really catch or hurt it.
ReplyDeleteLove Love Love the Gila Woodpecker ! They are so beautiful.
cheers, parsnip
What fierce teeth Winston has!
ReplyDeleteAny sign of Wile E. around that roadrunner?
Oh Yes, I noticed a young "Wile" hanging around here for the water. She is very young and now has had a litter somewhere safe.
DeleteYou made my Friday.
ReplyDeleteJust what I like to do !
DeleteSo that's what a roadrunner really looks like! I love the cloud photos, the last one is my favorite.
ReplyDeleteI have a pair that have been hanging out here,
DeleteOh my goodness, such lovely birds! I really loved seeing some of your wildlife, and of course your beautiful mountains. And not forgetting iwinston of course (impossible to do that!). Love the cartoons and the jaws poster- brilliant! Wishing you a nice weekend, my friend.
ReplyDeleteI adore the Jaws Poster. Just so funny.
DeleteMy favourite Red Cardinal but not as much a favourite as Winston of course.
ReplyDeleteVery impressive teeth, iwinston. I wish mine were as good!
ReplyDeleteHe is not called Mandibles for nothing.
DeleteSir Winston Mandibles Churchill.
It is hot here too. Not a long enough spring. Me and the weenies like it cool. Sister lies on the tile floor where it is cool. He's a good dog.
ReplyDeleteiwinston is crazy and loves to play outside but the cool tile calls to him.
DeleteI have extended the east side covered yard to make an Arizona Room. I have misters already there and it will help cool off the air.
Such lovely birds! That jaws poster cracks me up!
ReplyDeleteI so enjoy the birds around here. Winston does have the strongest jaws ever.
DeleteLove the jaws poster! And I enjoyed reading about Scottie. It does look like they have big feet! Winston’s teeth are beautiful and look very strong :-)
ReplyDeleteSky looks so gorgeous! Have a wonderful weekend xo
He does have big feet but I love them !
DeleteRoadrunner? Where's Wile E. Coyote?
ReplyDeleteYep, that is him !
