    Hi, Gayle!

    Winston is a national hero. He intercepted a flyin' saucer, clamped down on it with his patented Mandibles of Doom, and thereby prevented the Martians from eating our faces. Winston says he dreams of runnin' with bunnies. I wonder if he ever dreams about dances with wolves. :)

      Around 22 inches of snow fell on Tuesday thru Wednesday this week. Our third major snow storm in two weeks. No land in sight!

      He had his second grooming and for 9 almost 10 months the groomer said he was really good. When watson and Hamish use to go they always made a huge deal of them. The only Scotties they groomed were mine. They were very sweet. But Winston is a hand full. I am to old for a puppy.

      That was bad very bad. But we have had a very weird year here and the team is all over the place. Just as long as Kansas gets knocked out soon I will be happy.

      You certainly have! I think this may be the tipping point for college sports. At least, I kind of hope so. No one should really be surprised by the scandals. The current NCAA rules practically encourage corruption. The system is inherently exploitative and as long as there are so many millions coursing through, it's only going to get worse. I love watching the games but the whole operation is continually more difficult to defend on moral grounds.

      The thing is I like our coach, have seen him and he comes off as a great person. Really good with the team. I am not sure what happened but I will let the courts decide.
