Something extra

Mandibles wakes me up about 6:30 every morning now.
On Christmas Morning I turned on the Christmas Tree lights
and enjoyed the very quiet darkness.

I love these two photos of mandibles looking for Santa.

 He found Santa Footprints.

    1. He always has he head down and nose tracking.
Being a puppy all by himself, he has to learn everything on his own. I wish thehamish was still hear to help him.

  3. Hi, Gayle!

My goodness, who created those portraits of Oliver and Mandibles, and how? Did you do them? They're sensational! Your house had a magical glow with pure white light from the Christmas tree piercing the pre-dawn darkness. Lovely! I'll bet Winston spent the day sniffin' those footprints and trackin' and guardin'.

I wish you, your animals and all your human loved ones all the best in 2018, dear friend Gayle!

    2. BOTH! We are snowed in and as we Yankees like to say, it's a bit nippy outside. Yikes...we're heading for the coast of Maine to be with friends for First Night celebrations in a few days. The expected high temp will be 3 degrees. Guess we'll be packing our 'long johns' and fuzzy hats! X

  11. Hope you are warm there. Surely. It is bitter cold here - colder than it has been in years. I just can't stand it when it is this cold. The weenies can't either. I'll let you know when a package will be on its way to you.
