I set this video up trying to show how cute they are. They usually
just power through the door. They didn't quite get the should we or not
come in till I used the magic word !

Agatha learned the doggie dog in one try, it helps that she always has to know where I am.
iwinston does not like the doggie door. We think he does not like the magnet flap
part of the when pushing the door in.
He helped the gardner repairing the sprinkler by sticking his head all the way in
narrow hole past his ears but doesn't like the door flap ?
.
I love the way he looks while waiting to come in. A black gud dug shadow trying to
figure how to get past the flap.

Here is your pretty to start the weekend.
I have been ill for a few weeks and cancelled everything
except taking care of the gud bad bad dugs.
When I got up this morning to open the door for the gud dugs, I heard the weather report
saying a few clouds with "some" rain where blowing in. So here is the first rain photos
but not a true monsoon till the first boy/male (last post) driver get stuck in the rain.

I smiled as I watched the video of Winston and Agatha mastering the doggie door. They both deserve a treat after performing that trick. I'm thinkin' chkikin'. What a pretty purple UFO in the sky above you! Maybe it is seeding the clouds to produce rain. I hope your hot, dry region gets its fair share of that liquid gold.

They are so cute learning to use their doggie door. I have never had a doggie door, and don't know anyone personally who has one. My question is, how do you keep possums, neighbors cats, rats, raccoons from coming in through them too.
ReplyDeleteFuzzy would never be able to use one because if he goes outside without supervision, he searches for and finds stinky, dead or poopy stuff to roll in and anoint himself. He always did a great job of obliterating any doggy scent he may have had. No creature could sniff out that a hunting Pom was nearing.
I love the sound of your voice. I'm sorry you haven't felt well. That doggy door is very nice. You won't have any burglars crawling through that.

DeleteThe screened in side yard helps with the critters and snakes but we had a gang that sent their kids through doggie doors to help with robberies and home invasions.
My gud dugs are barkers but sleep with me on the other side of the home.
I loved hearing your voice and the dogs listening to your commands.

DeleteI am sorry you've been sick. I do hope you are feeling better. Iwinston and Agatha will get used to that door in no time. Agatha already seems comfortable with it. They are both such gud dugs to come when you call them! The cloud pictures are beautiful and I love the purple UFO! Maybe those are space dogs coming to visit!
