Remember the adorable cup I ordered ?
This morning I used it.
So wonderful.
It is not a mug but "fine china", that means very thin.
The way my hands shake, especially this mornings, I will put the cup with my special
Totoro cups (above) to use as needed on Christmas, Birthday, and the days I just need it.
So very happy.
.........
As always here is your pretty to start the week.
Two of the sweethearts
in a moment of quiet!
.
cheers, parsnip, badger agatha and truffles
Your sweethearts are adorable.
ReplyDeleteI like your Scottie cup. That has to make you smile when you use it. We used to give my mom fine China tea cups on special occasions. She used them often but I was always afraid of breaking one when I cleaned up for her.
The cup makes me smile and very happy.
DeleteAwesome Scottie fine china! My favorite present last Christmas was a fine china featuring a picture of a finch wearing a thistle hat. Coffee never tasted better!
ReplyDeleteIt is not super thin but thinner than my mugs.
DeleteBoth faces clearly say 'any chicken strips coming our way?'
ReplyDeleteChicken is being served.
DeleteYour new cup does look very delicate. And so pretty! Coffee must taste better when drinking from that cup :-)
ReplyDeleteSuch a cute photo of Winston and Agatha!
Happy Monday xo
Not so delicate but in my hands I am not so sure.
DeleteI'm not to be trusted with fine china under any circumstances. Love the photo.
ReplyDeleteI am careful too.
DeleteThey certainly are sweeties!
ReplyDeleteAs I understand it, fine china like that is actually better to be used regularly, as irregular use makes it brittle.
Well it says "fine china" and it is thinner than my everyday mugs but I will use it but not everyday and hand wash also !
DeleteHappy Monday! Enjoy the week.
ReplyDeleteAre you shoveling snow ?
DeleteIt's not so bad right now. Winter's definitely settling in with ponds freezing and such. We have the feeders up now so seeing lots of birds.
DeleteLove the fine china and the two sweethearts. What a gorgeous photo of the two of them.
