One day I was surfing the computer and I found a shop that has a Scotty as their brand.

Hello ! ! ! the best thing ever.
So I looked the shop up, so darling and found fabulous purses and accessories.
Confession:
I love purses. I am a closet hoarder of bags and purses, mostly in soft sky blues,
citrus green, turquoise plus several handmade Japanese ones.
Loved shoes but my fun collections of them have been given away. Since I do not have to
dress for a job anymore, I have given away all my work clothes, shoes and bags.
Now that I use a walker and put my purse in the seat/pocket I only use a small turquoise
one in summer and a small round purple one for winter.
If I had a job Oh My Goodness.
Look close around the flowers are Scotties!
I was weak I bought the bag, umbrella and cactus charm.
The cactus looks like the way I sew and draw mine.

Even the tissue paper is fabulous.
I will iron this and reuse it. Too sweet to throw out.

Oh my goodness, those two doglets together are adorable! Love them. Handsome new necklace for iwinston (love his eye in the first photo) and all your goodies too. I’m so glad you got them, we all deserve a treat from time to time. Happy weekend to you.

DeleteShe was is the dog that someone tossed out the car dog by the Human Society while driving.
Hurt her back and she wasn't able to walk. They couldn't put her up for adoption so Daughter adopted her. She was abused and left out. Wants to eat all the time (not knowing where her next dinner comes from) doesn't like men or other dogs. Daughter and family have all worked with her. She is better with other dogs but not great. Son adores her and she loves him. She is just our Truffles. Plus crazy Winston keep trying to play with her.
I love that Shop ! I have more to post on another day. That is my Christmas and Birthday gift to me.
I don't blame you, I would have bought even more. Love his paws!!!!

In that first shot, Winston has the look of a dog who knows something you don't know and isn't willing to spill the secret, not even for tummy rubs.

ReplyDeleteGayle, I know how you feel as I use a walker and just try not to think about the lovely shoes I used to wear. At least we can still get about a bit and at least we have darling dogs for company. I wonder whether Winston has a Scottish accent with his bark!!

DeleteKirby had the best Arooooooooo, I trained Winston and Hamish to only back 3 times so their Aroooooo were not so great. Winston is just now learning how to Arooooo so at least he is trying.
I do like Winston's new necklace, and those accessories look great.

Goodness...have been away and am just now catching up with your posts. Truffles story left me with tears in my eyes. So grateful for people like your family who look beyond her quirks and love her just as she is. Our sweet Pip also had a very sad back-story but we like to think that, she too, has finally landed 'butter side up' for the rest of her life. As always, dear gud dug badger is as handsome as can be in his new necklace. And I would be sorely tempted to order ALL of those bags! X
ReplyDeleteThinking of the collar, I remember having a toy Scottie as a child and he had a red tartan necklace. I never knew other people associated them with red tartan too! I think the blue and green suits him though.
