parley view parsnip... Sky

Quick Monday morning post.
We were to have high winds and blowing dust on Sunday.
That didn't happen but we did have some clouds blew in and for two days
temperature will drop from the 80's to the 60's and you can see the moisture in the air.

  1. Hi, Gayle!

Those are some dramatic skyscapes! I wish I could be there to see them in person. Looks like thehamish doesn't like bath time any more than my Toto did. Gud dogs earn their chikin strips. :)

Enjoy your week, dear friend Gayle!

    1. Hahahahaha, I know more on this than I should. Like I did for my children I watch what my Square Ones eat.
The ones I buy at the store I check out even going online. I look for American grown chicken with no extras. I think that letting them eat some chicken that was possible made in China might have affected their health. They put all sorts of non-food items in them. Bad stuff.
I go to the Feed Store and buy most of my chicken strips there. They have an American grown chicken and made in brand.
Walgreens has a chicken strip made with Perdue Chicken. I like that brand it is people chicken..
Do not get Milo's Kitchen. Maybe if you have a "normal "dog and one who doesn't have lots of health problems but even then I would not buy them, They chop the chicken up add soy flour/protein, sugar, onion powder lots of other stuff and they they have that pretend smoke flavor added. Not good !
I also make my own. When I find chicken on sale or frozen Trader Joe's I buy white meat, dark is to fatty, slice thin, and bake in the oven on low. nothing added.
As both the dogs were/are on super health diets, and with thehamish I have to be very careful.
He only gets the special low fat food, green beans and chicken. That is all. He even can't have carrots which were his favorites.
Hahahahaha now you know more than you ever wanted to.

    1. Even that they are small it is still hard for me to bathe them.
I go to a special groomers that has appointments, in about an hour + he is done .
No mass of dogs waiting and barking their heads off.

  9. The photos of sky are gorgeous! Oh wasps....we have wasps a lot around here, too. While I'm happy that spring is coming, I miss cold days when I don't need to worry about those insects!
thehamish is adorable getting bath :-) Happy Monday!
