One of my blogging friend posted a photo of his Scotty George
looking very embarrassed having his photo taken at bath time.
George reminds me so much of my Dr. Watson.

  1. George always looks as though someone has abused him during bathtime
    They could be brothers eh?

    1. But they love baths and never put up a fight. Just stand there till it is done.

  3. Poor Hamish! Poor Dr. Watson! Getting subjected to the Towel of Torment...

    Poor George!

    1. Yes I almost wrote the Towel Of Torment but I have always wrapped them up in a towel or blanket and play with them that way so they think it is one big game. They love it. Lots of sound affects too.

  4. Poor babies! Not fond of the bath, are they?

Does Hamish have cataracts, or is that just a reflection in the photo?

    1. No they like the baths they are so good. plus there is a chkikin strip at the end !
Hamish is diabetic, and he was going blind. He had cataracts very bad in both eyes....So he had lens replacement surgery on both eyes. he has several drops that I have to put in his eyes every day. besides the insulin shots . But he has a adrenaline problem in his right eye and is losing sight in that eye and there is nothing we can do about it.

    1. Mine don't always turn out. When the moon is really big I can never get a photo. I just have a little but very nice for me, (Japanese) point and click. I can't raise my arms for any length of time. So I try and keep it simple.
I think I can change the lens but I don't read Japanese and I am not really sure I could do it
But I am glad you liked the photos. We both are very lucky to have such lovely views.

  10. Your pups may not like getting a bath, but at least it looks like they behave for you. I used to wash my (large) dog in the bathtub, and I had to be oh-so-vigilant.Otherwise, he'd jump out of the tub, soaking wet, and make an ungodly mess. I'd be soaked, the floor would be soaked, and we'd both be slipping and sliding.

Neat moon shot. We only get to see ONE moon from Georgia...

    Happy weekend!

    1. I don't think they especially like it but they really don't seem to care. They just stand there. but ater I have to put blanket down because they all need to dry off some more. Crazy.
They go to the groomers all the time and everyone says how good they are.

Both you and «Louis» had moon shots for Friday!

Indoor shower this time for the Hamish instead of the yard sprinkler version, eh? Well, YERT!

  16. Awww! Puppies getting baths! p, I can see why this post was one you love so much. I think my fave pic of the square dogs was the one with the big, shmooshy, wet nose!

Those images of the moon are just smashing, honestly a balm to my soul. Thank you so much for those, I always look forward to them.
