Granddaughter and her Dad went to the Amagasaki City Festival and while there she got to meet Amakko., lots of other mascots, dance, eat festival food, ride a toy train and just had lots of fun.
I have written many post about Japans love of mascots for everything. ..
Amakko is the mascot for the city bus in Amagasaki where my son works. This is one of his favorite mascots and I think granddaughters too.
