DeleteMy daughter is really turning into a fabulous vegan cook. Her takes on dishes make you not miss the eggs, cheese, fats or meat.
If I went completely vegetarian, I would still have to have fish. I can give up meat but the fish would be hard.
That dinner looks great. I'll have to show it to my students. Yes, you can eat cactus!

Oh, wonderful cacti. I'd love to see them in bloom. I think I'd like it even better than the lemon tart, and I'd like the lemon tart a lot! :)
