Your photos today were outstanding ! My daughter is really turning into a fabulous vegan cook. Her takes on dishes make you not miss the eggs, cheese, fats or meat. If I went completely vegetarian, I would still have to have fish. I can give up meat but the fish would be hard.

Oh, wonderful cacti. I'd love to see them in bloom. I think I'd like it even better than the lemon tart, and I'd like the lemon tart a lot! :)
