Square Dog Friday. . . and Squid Soup, May Trivia Teaser

I just don't know were this week went ?
One day it was Monday and now it is Friday.
And here we are again on a Friday a Square Dog Friday.
With thehamish recovering, two major doctor appointments and the week is gone.
We all know the drill so lets woof it.
woof !
.

When you are a Square Dog and you feel bad...
A gud dug cuddle with Watson helps.

thehamish on the poof.
i thehamish is woe oh woe
oh woe is me
woe
.

i the gud dug thehamish is noy feelin' that gud
 boo boo thehamish
woe woe woe oh woe is thehamosh
woe

Watson was taking a nap and I accidently woke him by trying to take a photo.
He is (17) deaf and has dementia but still the most perfect
gud dug ever.
I love this photo because it looks like he is saying
"awwwww nice tall person who feeds us,
put the camera down and step away from the gud dug who was napping"

 .....................

And now for The Squid Soup, May Trivia Teaser.

Anyone who has signed up for the Mock Squid Soup movie review
for next Friday is invited to post three hints about their film.
My three clues.
* The acclaimed director always has strong female characters.
* Nature vs the modernization but no straight black and white
* There is really no happy ending.
extra clue
* Broke all all attendance numbers.

And just because I can here is your pretty to start the weekend.
I was shooting into the light so the photo has a blur to it.
But the more I look at it the more I like it. Tomorrow I will try another shot.

Early morning sun shinning through a new growth prickly pear pad.
In a few days these new tender pads will grow like crazy and become tough.
Because summer is knocking on the door.
Today it will be 94/65 pool weather !
yeahaww !

dancing . . . parsnip
music. . . Bennie and the Jets,  Elton John

    2. Knowing your enthusiasm for Miyazaki helped, especially with the first clue. Your extra clue clinched it. I was in Japan in '97. I remember the mania.

  12. They're both such good dogs--but as their legal representative, I have been asked (told) to remind you that Fridays are for Square Dogs only. Looks like they get extra chicken strips!
