parley view parsnip. . . some photos from the weekend.

Tucson is on the verge of summer.
Temperatures are in flux  80 to 90 most days and evening are warmer.
The monsoons are flexing their muscles with wind and storms trying to blow in.
 .
Sunday sunset.

I did not play with the color.
In fact there was a rosy glow that was not picked up because of all  the bright sun light.
The sun was setting as the storm clouds blew in from the southwest.
.
The sun is setting and the winds are blowing in with the light rain.
It has been hot but the dew point has not been right yet.
So the storm are building but not holding.
The rain dried up before hitting the ground.

Soon I will do my yearly monsoon post. Happy happy happy joy joy joy !
How the monsoons build are for me very interesting.

In this photo you can see better the light rain swirling from the rain clouds
above the sunset.
.
There are quite a few baby cottontails out and about around my home.
.
This sweet pea is running toward one of two tiny ponds I have put in around my citrus.
.
So tiny but the ears are already huge. Listening for predators.
As my brother always said "they are the food chain".

    3. No I haven't
I have made two books and specialized folding card, jigsaw cards and calendars.
But that sounds like a great idea for my jigsaw puzzle loving family and friends.

    1. So lucky. I have only seen one on the run. But it was so fast it could have been a young coyote.
It was at night and the "fox" was diving into the bushes.
Late night, early morning we see bobcats, and mountain lions, javelinas and coyotes.
