parley view parsnip... it's a Monday

You all know I post three days a week.
Monday is what ever is happening in Tucson.
Wednesday is usually Japan.
And
Friday is the best day of the week
Square Dog Friday.

May in Tucson is really a a beautiful month till you get to the wind.
Lots of wind, I don't like it.
I live in the foothill so my home gets the full brunt of the wind !
My Valley Fever acts up and my lungs are killing me.
For all the beauty of May it is a painful month for me.
Here are some photos of spring beauty from around my home.
.........

........

And here is your begining of the week pretty.
Smile today it is a good day.
Prickles and all.

  4. I love all this beauty. But I suspect it takes a special person to see it. Many might take it for granted and not really notice. Kuddos Parsnip.

  6. I'm sorry May is painful for you. Every month is painful for me. Does that mean I win? Probably now. I love the colors in your photos, but everything is prickly. I think I might prefer prickly to the oozing guts of a palmetto bug.

    Love,
    Janie

  7. Such amazing photos. May is very wet here at the moment.

I fixed your link for the film society. It links back to your home page now. I'm happy to do something else if you'd prefer.

  10. I don't like lots of wind, either. When I was in Jr. high school, I rode bicycle to school. We get very strong wind in winter and I usually had to pedal the bicycle against wind. That was pretty tough!
The photos of your cacti are gorgeous! I especially love the ones with water drops on them. So beautiful!
