  1. I'm wondering - dothe boys have a Scotish or American accent. And by the way they are looking very velvety. Someomne has been brushing and grooming ithink.

  2. Pat...
My black Scottie Kirby had a Scottish burr (?) she definitely had a Scottish accent.
Watson really never really barked but now that he is 12 he barks. Mostly when we play ball. His voice is very loud and deep but no accent.
Hamish just barks and gurrrrrrs a lot. He gets to excited sometime and gets very mouthy.

They were groomed for the visit and looked very smart but now they are very Rastafarian and will be sent off to the groomers again.

  3. Absolutely love this post! Not sure on the accents - I think it's a global mix (especially camerar), though 'dug' is definitely Scottish for the square ones.
    Happy Birthday Watson!

Ps. I don't have sound on this PC, but I also love 'Linus and Lucy' - have you seen the 'Hey Ya' version of A Charlie Brown Christmas?

I love all the Charlie Bowen specials and movies... I haven't seen the Hey Ya version but I have had for years the Vince Guaraldi music and play it.

    1. There was a rotisserie chicken bought and chopped in the birthday dinner. They both will enjoy that chicken for several days.

  8. Love it! That last shot - 'who us?' - is genuinely like a thousand words. And two square dogs very reminiscent of two small boys not a million miles away from here...

    1. There is a lot of "who us ?" around this home.
Lately when I see The Squares Ones, goofing around I do think of some small boys an ocean away.

  9. So so so cute! My dogs do the ball thing with a pink ball every evening when we sit watching tv. It's ridiculous actually. So much shenanigans that we can't even hear the dialogue.
