  1. I always have such mixed feelings about thunder storms. A bit like watching a horror movie, you don't want it to come and get you but it's so exciting!

  4. Hi, Gayle!

That looks like a ferocious storm! Soon the desert will look like a jungle.

Bless thehamish's heart for staring at you through the window. I can hear his brain buzzing away. "Got chkikin' on my mind. Be wantin' some chkikin'. Can't wait till nice tall person who feeds us chkikin' to come back inside and feed me chkikin'."

    Happy Thursday, dear friend Gayle!

  8. You've got a very gud kitchen timer there!

We've been having regular thunder storms here in the past week, but none as dramatic as those that shower your area. xo

    1. I would think with all the tall buildings and storms off the ocean you would get some great storms.

    2. Yes, Parsnip, every now and then we get a real doozie. Often though, the gigantic clouds just move past us on their way to Connecticut. xo

  12. Franklin and Penelope know that when the clock chimes five times they will be served their supper--in a crystal bowl on a silver platter (the bowls are metal, but I have convinced them that I use silver and crystal).

    Love,
    Janie

  14. Thunderstorms are scary! It's a wonder Hamish wasn't cowering under the bed like my dogs (and cats) used to do! He's a brave doggie to be out waiting for his dinner!
