It has been raining off and on.  Just fabulous gentle rain that we need.
We are so happy and grateful for the few days of rain.
In the last two months we have had several wildfires already
and it is not even fire season yet !

Jack Mack and the Heartattacks.

  1. What a pretty boy he is. My weenies now have to ride in a cage as they want to sit on my shoulders or in my arms. I knew it was just a matter of time before I wrecked the car. So, they don't enjoy riding in the car anymore. Bet you are glad for the rain as it sounds dry there. But what do I know as I've never been to Tucson, only the Grand Canyon.

    1. If Son and I leave he wants to come, ever since Watson died. But even with the air on it is too hot in the car for him. Sometimes I take him on the short drive to Walgreens drive thu for his meds. But mostly it is a drive to his three doctors.

  3. Hi, dear Gayle!

I can only imagine how gud gud dog thehamish feels after receiving his Herbal Body Wrap. Does he like to take rides in the car? I am happy to know that your thirsty desert region got some much needed spring moisture. Here in Florida we also have a dry season in the early months of the year which creates drought conditions and increases the chance of brush and muck fires, some of which are touched off by "bolt from the blue" lightning strikes. We have been lucky again this year, getting enough rainfall to ease the threat. You have a beautiful view from your front yard!

    Happy Monday, dear friend Gayle!

    1. He is fine in the car and likes it well enough but it just gets too hot.
Plus we have people who steal dogs for dog fights.

  4. I find that when I wish to take a photograph of Tess standing (and looking her very best) she always sits down or lays on her back with her feet in the air before I get a chance to take it. Seems the Hamish might feel the same.

  7. Awww thehamish looks so shiny and handsome! His coat looks really silky - I wish I could pet him :-) He looks so cute wearing bandana, too! Glad you've been having much needed rain. It's gonna be rainy here this week as well. I wonder what that pretty picture is? It sort of looks like something in a bottle. Hmm, I'm very curious! And LOL at the bacon seed! I wish I could find one at a local garden center :-)

  11. The Hamish is even more handsome than usual...why won't he allow you to show us those pantaloons? Dogs do have a good sense of humor.

The rain photographs are quite beautiful. Hoping your area will get a bit more rain soon. The fire danger must be a worry.

    1. I have about a million photos of him. So after sometime he just want to sit.
Plus you when your legs are really just a paw and ankle. You have to get down low. He always looks at me like "what are you doing" ?

    1. Just for the photos and for me to see him right out of the Herbal Body Wrap. But he goes into the back seat. He likes to be chauffeured about.

  15. It is my water glass with some left over ice.
I was looking towards the side yard and I saw all the trees and skies through the glass bottom.
