    1. Before I put up the snake fence lizard parts were alway littered all over the patio near the fence. They chewed them but didn't eat them.

  4. Hi, dear Gayle!

I like that first picture showing thehamish on lizard patrol. :) My dog Toto used to do the same thing on our lanai. She once lunged at a skink and bit off its tail. Thehamish looks great from every angle and, for that reason alone, he deserves some chkikin'. I think your flowers look terrific in that picture, a very nice setting. Once again I want to tell you how happy and relieved I am to learn that your medical tests checked out AOK. Have a wonderful weekend, Gayle!

  5. The Hamish on watch is a very reassuring image. Nothing could get past his steady eyes. Particularly chkikin.

The brilliant red flowers are show stoppers, aren't they? It's good to let their colors work magic on many areas of your home.

Best weekend wishes to you and thehamish. xo

As always, I'm loving the pictures of thehamish. He's a fine figure of a dog. (Um, he DOES know he's a dog, doesn't he?) And your flowers are gorgeous.

    Have a glorious weekend.

    1. Staying out of.
We have so many fires in Arizona right now and two very big ones on the border with mexico. They were man made, cartel anyone ?
Getting extra watering done early and hunkering down inside. Have several unfinished job to tackle. I may jump in the pool.
We locals know how to live in the heat. All the boohoo's from the east coast just do not.

      cheers, parsnip and thehamish

  14. Hello, thehamish--and Gayle. Franklin and Penelope sometimes feign surprise as a lizard runs past them, but they never bother to chase them. Their faces say it all: Lizards are a bore.

    Love,
    Janie
