The famous, extremely tasty and all around fun Kogi Korean Taco food
truck.
On my visit to see LA Daughter, I had the pleasure of eating these
fabulous Korean Tacos !
They have a Web site and you look up where the truck will be that day.
And the people line up !
As we can see even the Santa Monica Street Sweeping truck driver had
to stop !
There are days I really miss LA !

I have never tried Korean tacos, despite have three nephews who are Korean. Yaki mandu, kimchi, yes.

ReplyDeleteSurprisingly there are two good Korean restaurants in Tucson.
My "go to" dishes are Kabi Korean ribs, Bee-bim-Bop and Bulgogi plus I have kimchee and ko-chee-chang in my frig right now.
I really cook more everyday Japanese though.

It was so good but the drooling was embarrassing.
I love the time I spent in NY. I ate at many Deli's and the food selection was fabulous !
A very Yummy town !
I love the whole idea of this: a truck that sells fabulous food (that straddles at least two cultures and culinary traditions) and advertises its whereabouts on the web, and that it's so good people will gather at the spot and queue. The truck itself looks great too.
