Food Trucks...

Here is my ode to Yummy !

I made Carne Asada, marinated sirloin, thinly sliced and grilled quickly
tomatoes
thinly sliced Napa Cabbage
Umeboshi, pickled plums
sushi rice
and some ponzu sauce

Japanese Sonoran rice bowl !

    it was healthy and was very tasty. took all of 20 + minutes to cook... that being how long the rice cooker takes.
