  1. Hi, Gayle!

Red ants pose a difficult challenge for your patrol dugs. In that portrait, Winston seems to be saying, "Go ahead... make my day." You could open a gallery of your reflection art compositions. You are really getting good at rendering them. I love the race course sheep and the magnificent rocks from your yard.

Have a safe and happy weekend, dear friend Gayle!

  3. Do red ants bite? That does not look like a path anyone, tow or four legged should travel.

  6. We need some pretty after those red ants. They scare the crap out of me and destroyed some really wonderful hikes in the desert.

  7. Those ant hills are terrifying. They make your yard look like the bad side of the moon.
Happily, the guard dogs are unafraid!

  8. You are indeed fortunate to be protected by such skillful and vigilant Gud Dugs! I truly hate red ants but we don't see them around here very often. What beautiful photographs those last are. Reflections that I had to look at for quite a while before I actually understood what I was seeing. (Or thought I did.) Be well! Have a great weekend.

  9. Those are interesting-looking anthills. If your red ants are anything like our fire ants, I feel for you. Their bites are God-awful.

Those goats, on the other hand, are adorable. Have a wonderful rest of the weekend, dear lady.
